OUR FEES

The Firm holds a Legal Aid Contract and Legal Aid is automatically available to parents and children involved in care proceedings. Legal Aid may also be available to joined parties, grandparents, family members in care cases subject to assessment. Legal aid may also be available in certain circumstances in cases relating to Domestic Abuse, Children and finances and eligibility can be considered.. 

If Legal Aid is not available hourly rates are charged at £200-£300 per hour.

Fixed fees are charged for uncontested Divorces  at £750 plus vat plus court fees of £550.

Fixed fees can be considered for dealing with specific aspects of an ongoing case at rates to be agreed.

Up to 1 hour of one-off face to face advice is available for a fixed fee of £150 plus vat
